I'm a Wabash College graduate who came up in row crop agriculture before finding my way into real estate. That background gave me a deep appreciation for hard work, long-term thinking, and doing right by people — values I bring to every transaction. I founded Indiana Ford Realty because I saw too many buyers and investors getting generic advice from agents who didn't understand the numbers behind the deal.

I invest in real estate actively on a personal level — it's the vehicle I'm using to build independence for my family. That hands-on experience also shapes how I work with clients: I specialize in BRRRR strategy, buy-and-hold rentals, and small multi-family properties, and I analyze every client deal the way I'd analyze one of my own. When I'm not working, I'm usually outside. Lake days are my favorite, and I'll take any excuse to be on the water.

Why We Started Indiana Ford Realty

Indiana Ford Realty was built on a simple belief: that every client deserves honest, knowledgeable guidance — not just someone who opens doors and collects a paycheck.

Too many people have been burned by agents who didn't understand investment math, didn't push back on bad deals, or simply weren't available when questions came up. We started this brokerage to be different.

We're small by design. We don't take on more clients than we can genuinely serve. We're constantly growing — staying current on the market, and building the kind of referral network that gets our clients access to deals before they hit the MLS.
